Flood Warning for Ritchie County in northwestern West Virginia... Wirt County in northwestern West Virginia until 3:45 AM EST Saturday.
At 6:40 PM EST, emergency management reported heavy rain and rising creeks in Ritchie County . The heavy rain will cause flooding. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen. |
