Frank D. Curtiss, 65, of Hannibal, OH, passed away Monday, January 20, 2020 at his home surrounded by his very caring family.
He was born November 28, 1954 in Calhoun County, WV, the son of the late Charles and Audrea Curtiss.
He retired from Ormet in 2014 with 36 yearsâ service. He was a computer programmer and loved to help others with computer issues. He was a graduate of Parkersburg South. He loved to bowl and carried a good average; was a member of several leagues in surrounding areas.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Diane Wells; two brothers, Ronald Curtis and Patrick Curtiss; a sister in law, Jean Curtiss; and father in law, Bert Shreves Jr.
Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Debbie Curtiss; three brothers, Melvin & Carl Curtiss of Parkersburg, WV and Nobel (Delores) Curtiss of Massillon, OH; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews; a special sister in law, Candy “Stacey” Fisher of St. Marys; brother in law, Curtis Shreves of Fly, OH; Mother in law, Shirley A. Shreves of Fly, OH and many friends from work and around the area.
Family will receive friends Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. at Grisell Funeral Home 37234 Mound St. Sardis, OH, with services being held Thursday at 1 p.m. with Evangelist Herb Alexander officiating.
Interment will follow in Gravel Hill Cemetery, Fly, OH. |
