| Ryan Daniel Jarvis, 28, 214 Jarvis Road, Spencer, was indicted on three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
The indictment was issued by a Wood County grand jury.
Dustin Richard Potter, 24, was arrested Thursday by Clay authorities and charged with domestic battery. He is in Central Regional Jail.
