| Roane County authorities arrested Phillip Allen Hall, 30, Tuesday and charged him with grand larceny and felony conspiracy.
He is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $20,000 cash only.
Also arrested from Roane County, Roger Dean Chapman, Sr.,41, charged with brandishing and trespassing.
Also Roger Lee Atkinson, 46. charged with giving false information and simple possession. |
