| David Wayne "Butch" Higgins passed away January 7, 2020.
He was born in Parkersburg WV, to the late Eva Pauline Pepper and Eugene Black Higgins.
He was a self-employed constructions worker and owner of Higgins Towing. He enjoyed fishing, riding 4-wheelers and hanging out with his buddies.
He is survived by his wife Kathy Murphy Higgins; children David W. Higgins, Jr., Linda Chisler, Christina Moore, Kevin Higgins and Daniel Higgins; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; and siblings Richard Higgins, Dan Higgins, Judy Reed, Steve Higgins and Blake Higgins.
Visitation will be Sunday, Jan. 12, 2020 at Matheny Whited Funeral Home of Elizabeth, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. |
