| Helen L. Lemon, 91, of Belpre, Ohio, passed away peacefully in her home on Sunday, January 5, 2020.
She was born April 8, 1928, in Akron, Ohio, a daughter of the late Sadie Tucker.
She was a 1946 graduate of Spencer High School. Mrs. Lemon was a homemaker and a member of the Church of the Nazarene.
She is survived by her husband of 69 years, James Oris Lemon of Belpre, Ohio and daughter Anita Lockhart (Jeff Smith) of Parkersburg; grandchildren Alan Lemon, Jr. of Belpre, Ohio, Jason Lemon and wife Joni of Belpre, Ohio, Nicole Barker and husband Eric of Ashville, NC, Jodi Lemon-Sidwell of Belpre, Ohio, and Kayla Watson and husband Ryan of Morgantown, WV; 9 Great-grandchildren with the 10th to be born in June; and daughter-in-law Betty Jo Lemon of Belpre.
She was preceded in death by her mother and one son Alan Lemon.
Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, January 9, 2020 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 1305 Washington Blvd., Belpre, Ohio with Pastor Dobby Thrash officiating. Burial will follow at Rockland Cemetery in Belpre. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 8, 2020 from 6:00 â 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
