Donald Lee "Buck" Rollyson, 73, of Millstone WV, passed away a Roane General Hospital on January 3, 2020.
Buck was born in Gassaway WV, the son of the late James Branty Rollyson and Dortha Shepard Rollyson.
Buck was a born again Christian. He loved his family and was an avid horseman. He was a member of Local #132 Operating Engineers, employed for many years by Ray Resources Inc., and retired from Kimberly Industries.
In addition to both his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Clarence and Morrison, sisters in law, Sandra and Lenore; sister Joann; and brothers in law, Robert Ritchie, Ed Moore, and Franklin Carr; nephews, John Paul Carr, Timmy Rollyson, Johnny Moore, Jimmy Wilson, great nephew, Jason Rollyson, and niece Dottie Steele.
He is survived by his wife, Kay (Greathouse) Rollyson and her children Bobby (Vicki) Jarvis of Spencer, Shannon Broderick of Milton; ex-wife, friend and mother of his children, Judy Rollyson, and their children Kim (Robert) Parrish of Spencer, Lori (Dawayne) Garrett of Millstone, and Jenna (Steve) Jett of Orma.
Also brother James (Francis) Rollyson of Wilsie WV and sister Rosetta (James) Wilson of Wayne WV, Bonnie June (Larry) Jones of Wilsie, Carolyn Sue Moore Nicut WV, and Mary Jane Carr of Wilsie.
And grandchildren, Nastazzia (Greg) Cain, Nickolas (Tiffany) Garrett, Quienton (Melanie) Garrett, Dustin (Katie) Crislip, Skyler Parrish, Nekka (Seth) Moore, Shay (Gabby) Parrish, Dalton Jarvis, Makenzie Jarvis, Kelsey Jett, Jaelyn Jett, and Ryleigh Garrett; great grandchildren; Logan, Tydus, Audrey, Ella, Aiden, Ashton, Kason, Kyla, Blake, Niyah, June, Waylon Buck, Henry, Ryder, Kannon, and Karter, as well as many friends and fellow horsemen.
A celebration of Buck's life will be held on January 11, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Louisa Chapel UMC in Arnoldsburg WV friends and family are welcome. Flowers may be sent to Louisa Chapel UMC 488 Arnoldsburg Road, Arnoldsburg WV 25234.
