Approval of Minutes: The minutes of January 21, 2003, were approved on motion of Ms. Ross; second by Mr. Bishop. Motion carried. Vote: Unanimous.
New Business: Financial Matters - The list of bills to be paid, the financial report and two budget transfers were presented for approval. Mr. Simers moved to approve the financial matters as presented; second by Ms. Ross. Motion carried. Vote: Unanimous.
No action was taken on personnel at this time.
There was discussion regarding work-based transportation.
