| Karen Sue Anderson Ray, 63, of Chloe WV, died Tuesday, December 24, 2019, at home, after an extended illness.
She was born July 29, 1956, at Harmony, Roane County, the daughter of Mary Harris Anderson of Gandeeville and the late Olen R. Anderson.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Alisha Ray; brothers, Frank, Carl, David and Ricky Anderson.
Karen was a homemaker, collector and crafter. She attended Gandeeville Grade School and Walton High School.
In addition to her mother, survivors include her companion, Harry L. Merrion of Chloe; son, Kent A. Ray of Gandeeville; sister, Sharon Belcher of Newark, Ohio; brother, Clifford Anderson of Gandeeville.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 28 at the Anderson Family Cemetery, Gandeeville, with Pastor Ron Chesser officiating. There will be no visitation.
John H. Taylor Funeral Home of Spencer, is in charge of arrangements.
