| James F. "Jimmy" Starcher, 64, of Spencer WV, died Wednesday, December 11, 2019 in the Roane General Hospital, Spencer.
He was the son of Christine Church Starcher of Spencer and the late Fred Starcher, Jr.
In addition to his mother, survivors include two brothers and sisters-in-law, David and Dee Dee Starcher of Millstone WV and Roger and Brenda Starcher of Arnoldsburg WV; nieces and nephew, Kristyn Starcher, Cody Starcher, Brittany (Joel) Parsons and Kayla (Tyler) Bain; grandnieces and grandnephew, Camry Parsons, Chase Parsons and Charlotte Bain; special aunt, Karen Epler of Reedy.
A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Monday, December 16 at the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer. Burial will be in the Starcher Cemetery near Arnoldsburg. The family will receive friends at the funeral home two hours before the service.
