| Roane authorities arrested Bryce Alan Stotts, 63, Friday and charged him with the abuse/neglect of an incapacitated adult and conspiracy. He is in Central Regional Jail.
A Roane County woman was arrested Wednesday and incarcerated in Central Regional Jail.
Norma Jean Crockett, 45, was felony charged with malicious wounding.
Bond has been set at $10,000.
Matthew Wayne Spade, 37, was arrested in Gilmer County and charged with destruction/injury property and conspiracy. He is in Central Regional Jail.
