TWO ROANE RESIDENTS INCARCERATED (12/07/2019) Ashley Nacole Rhodes, 32, was charged Friday by Roane authorities for domestic battery-2nd offense and a home confinement violation. Elbert Virgil Beckett, Jr., 45, was incarcerated in Central Regional Jail for home confinement violation.
