| Braxton County authorities arrested Dustin Brice Stewart, 29, Monday and charged him with unlawful taking of a vehicle and illegal possession of explosives.
They also arrested Donald Thomas Boggess, 61, on a capias warrant.
They are in Central Regional Jail.
Roane authorities arrested Jason Wayne Jarvis, 40, on a bail piece. He is in Central Regional Jail.
