| Roane County authorities arrested Jacob Lee Nichols, 22, Tuesday and incarcerated him in Central Regional Jail.
He is charged with unlawful assault, domestic assault, domestic battery and destruction of property.
Bond is set at $15,000.
Patricia Lynn Isenhart, 37, was charged, being a fugitive from justice. |
