| Responders were going to Yellow Creek Road at 11:30 a.m. was injured by a falling tree Wednesday while cutting timber.
He was identified as Jerry Jones, 71, of Beech Valley.
Calhoun EMS and the Grantsville VFD responded, the fire department providing a vehicle to remove the man from the woods.
He reportedly may have a broken femur with other injuries and responders took him to a chopper to take him to a medical center. |
