| Roane County authorities arrested Joseph Clayton Southers, 43, Monday.
Southers is charged with fraud schemes, obstructing, uttering and possession of marijuana.
Southers was charged last July by Trooper First Class Brian Young in Grantsville with fraudulent schemes, forgery or uttering and conspiracy.
He is in Central Regional Jail.
Braxton convicted Jeremy Chad Knicely, 39, charged him with delivery of a controlled substance.
Savannah Faye Duncuan, 27, was taken into custody for bond revocation and taken to Central Regional Jail |
