| Roane authorities arrested Charles Cameron Starcher, 19, Friday and incarcerated him in Central Regional Jail.
Starcher is charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
Bond has been set at $10,000.
Also arrested in Roane, Jennifer Rose Brown, 24, charged with the unlawful taking of a vehicle and no operators.
Bond is set at $2,500 cash at CRJ. |
