| Roane County authorities made multiple arrests with incarceration in Central Regional Jail.
Jeffery Mitchell Hoskins, 58, of Arnoldsburg, was charged with burglary, trespassing and conspiracy. Bond is set at $36,000.
Michael John Martinez, 33, was charged with possession with intent to deliver.
Thomas Ray Suder, 28, was arrested for bond revocation. |
