| Braxton authorities arrested Randy Allen Wilmoth, 57, and charged him Sunday with terrorist threats.
He is being held in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $25,000.
Ronald Elmer Rector III, 32, was arrested Sunday by Roane authorities.
He was charged with a person prohibited with a firearm.
His bond has been set at $10,000 cash. |
