| The investigation into a shooting that occurred at the Ace Hardware Home Center in Pennsboro is still ongoing.
A representative from the Ritchie County Sheriffâs Department said that Johhny Gregg was not in police custody because he claimed he acted in self defense, and an investigation in progress to determine if he did.
Deputies are awaiting the results of a coronerâs report, as well as looking into other areas of interest regarding the incident in order to determine the self-defense claim. |
