Melanie L. Bartlett, 82, of Spencer, died Sunday, July 28, 2019 at Miletree Center, Spencer.
She was a Christian and a member of the Church of the Nazarene, Spencer. Melanie was co-owner and operator of Bartlett Concrete, Spencer. She loved spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Erik and Rachel Bartlett, Randy and Jan Bartlett; four grandchildren, Cody, Thomas, Samuel and Leah; step sisters, Dessie Rhodes and Cora Raines; half-sister, Dorotha Bartlett.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Smith Bartlett; step sister, Faye Looney.
A funeral service will be conducted at noon Wednesday, July 31 at John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with Pastor Bradley Pettit officiating. Burial will be in the Bartlett Cemetery, Spencer.
The visitation will be one hour before the funeral.
