| The Calhoun Sheriffs Department and the WV State Police were dispatched by 911 to a Mount Run Road residence off Nicut Road just after 6 p.m. Monday to a report of an alledged domestic assault of a woman.
A male subject removed three small boys from the residence and left the scene.
A Calhoun sheriffs deputy stopped his vehicle at 6:41 p.m. south of the Arnoldsburg Y on State Route 16, removing the three children and taking the man into custody.
Officers returned the children to Mount Run.
911 dispatched an ambulance to the Mount Run residence for the alledged female victim, she then denying medical treatment.
It appeared there was no arrest related to the alledged domestic disturbance.
