| David Lynn Starcher, 61 of Parkersburg, WV died on June 14, 2019 at his residence. He was born in Nicholas County, WV on January 17, 1958 and was the son of the late Harlan Holbert and Mary Louise Casto Starcher. He had worked for Miller Lumber and enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife Kathy Starcher, his children, Sherry Haddox, Billy Starcher, Lori Starcher, his nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters, Cathy Goff, Tracey Starcher, Cindy Knotts, Rock Starcher, Susie Bradley and Lisa Bradley and several nieces and nephews.
There will be a visitation on Friday from 5:00 PM till 7:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg.
