The Calhoun-Gilmer Adult Education Program will be holding summer classes through the month of June on Monday through Thursday beginning June 3rd.
Classes for beginning readers will be held from 10 a.m. to noon.
Classes for all other adult education needs will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. All classes will be held at Calhoun-Gilmer Career Center in the Adult Education Building.
Programs available include Beginner Computer Application, Microsoft Office Specialist, English as a Second Language, Intuit QuickBooks, WV Welcome, Leave No Trace (for Outdoor Ethics), and preparation for obtaining the High School Equivalency Diploma.
All programs through WV Adult Ed are free to the public. Any prospective student must be 17 or older and not enrolled in high school.
