Upshur County deputies arrested a Braxton County man they said shot at and struck a moving vehicle.
According to deputies, on May 17, Phillip Pulliam II, 30, of Copen, fired shots from a .45 caliber handgun at a moving vehicle that had three people inside, including a 3-year-old girl.
Deputies said the vehicle was struck by one round from the handgun and that the incident was over one of the men in the vehicle breaking up a domestic violence situation involving Pulliam.
Pulliam is charged with wanton endangerment involving a firearm, brandishing a deadly weapon and domestic battery. He is currently in Tygart Valley Regional Jail, with bail set at $175,000. |
