Clifford Yoak, 91, of McAllen, Texas, formerly of Parkersburg, passed away on May 16, 2019. He was born Jan. 15, 1928, to the late John and Eva Yoak, of Big Bend, W.Va.
He is survived by his loving wife, Doris Yoak and daughter, Lisa Yoak Masica. Clifford “Kip” will be greatly missed by his siblings, Garnett Chernesky, Herb Yoak, Betty McVaney and Beverly Robinson.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Ralph Yoak, Ronald Yoak and Victor Yoak and one sister, June Cunningham. Clifford was owner of Yoakâs Barber Shop on 19th Street in Parkersburg and cut hair for more than 50 years.
