BRAXTON COUPLE FACING HEROIN CHARGES (05/05/2019) A Braxton County couple was arrested early Saturday on Heroin charges. David Brian Bolt, 28, and Kristin Nicole Booher, 20, has been charged with possession of Heroin and conspiracy.
