A man who admitted to stealing a dirt bike will have to serve 1-to-10 years in prison, but only after he completes another sentence for sexual assault.
Dennis Wayne Bailey, 25, of Mount Zion is currently serving a sentence of 1-to-5 years for third-degree sexual assault and has a projected release date of January.
He pled guilty last month to grand larceny involving the theft of a dirt bike.
On Monday Roane Circuit Judge Anita Ashley sentenced Bailey on the larceny charge, but said he could not begin that sentence until completing the first one. He was also ordered to make restitution of
$1.403.86 to the dirt bike owner, Amy Mace.
