| An Orlando, West Virginia, man has been charged after he reportedly overdosed near two children in a home.
According to the criminal complaint, emergency officials responded to the overdose on Monday when it was revealed that Dustan Culverhouse had overdosed while near the children.
Police say methamphetamine and needles were found lying beside Culverhouse.
Another adult told police that they had been in a different part of the home when one of the children came into the room believing Culverhouse was dead.
Culverhouse has been charged with two counts of child neglect creating risk of injury.
