| Ruthaline E .Kendall Whipkey, 76 of Parkersburg, passed away April 6, 2019 at her residence.
She was born in Grantsville, WV. the daughter of the late Homer and Geraldine Robinson Kendall.
She had retired after 15 years and 6 months as a Janitor for the Broadway Church of the Nazarene. At the time of her passing she was a member of the Cedar Grove Community Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Wigal (Mike) of Wooster, OH. Her son, Marvin Ray Whipkey (Angie) of Parkersburg. Her grandchildren, Matthew Wigal (Dana) of Wooster, OH. Philip Wigal (Jen) of W. Salem, OH. and Brandi and Amanda Whipkey of Mayfield Heights, OH. Her great grandchildren, Ella, Elise and Embri Wigal an unborn granddaughter due in July. Gracey and Gwen Wigal of W. Salem, OH. and Bailee and Zak Whipkey of Mayfield Heights, OH. Her brother, Robinson Kendall (Bytha).
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Whipkey; Her son, Kevin Whipkey.
A service of Praise and Celebration of Life by her family will be Wednesday at 3 p.m. at the Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg. Inurnment will be in the Nobe Cemetery in Calhoun Co. Visitation will be Wednesday from 1 p.m. until service time.
