Marion J. Wood, 66 of Arnoldsburg, West Virginia, died February 7th at her home following a
long illness.
Born in Calhoun County, she was a daughter of the late M.C. and Ica Carpenter. She was a
former Nurses Aid and had worked at Spencer State Hospital and Mile Tree Nursing Center in
Spencer, WV and was a former employee of Norris Industries.
Surviving are three sons, Richard of Las Vegas, Nevada, Kenneth J. of Arnoldsburg, WV and
Stephen of Mt. Zion, WV.
Funeral services will be held Monday, February 10th at 1 p.m. at Stump Funeral Home,
Arnoldsburg. Rev. Roger Carter will officiate. Interment will be in the Orma Cemetery. Friends
may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the services.
