| Roane authorities arrested Bridger Seth Buckner, 18, Tuesday, charging him with possession intent to deliver a controlled substance.
Bond is set at $10,000, Central Regional Jail.
Also charged in Roane was Zachary Todd Wright, 25, charged with possession of a controlled substance-1.
He is in Central Regional Jail.
