 Roane authorities arrested Jamie Dawn Rhone of Charleston Road, following what was described as a domestic disturbance on March 16.
A criminal complaint says the victim, James Nicholas Carpenter told officers that his sister, Jamie Dawn Rhone, had taken a pipe wrench and hammer to his laptop computer and television located in his garage room.
Carpenter claimed that his sister had threatened to kill him for abusing her children, the complaint says.
Rhone told authorities she was upset with her brother because of his posting on media about her and making fun of her mental health.
She is in Central Regional Jail on with bail set at $5,000.00. |
