The WVU Extension Service is offering its third Progressive Farmer Winter Dinner Meeting on Monday, March 18, 2019 at the WVU-Jackson County Extension Office on the Jackson Co. Jr. Fairgrounds in Cottageville, WV. Participants are advised to call 304-372-8199 to pre-register by Monday before noon.  The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. with a meal provided by local sponsors, including Farm Credit and the Little Kanawha and the Western Conservation Districts.
Mondayâs speaker will be a representative from the Williams Companies, Inc. The Williams Companies, Inc. is an energy company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Its core business is natural gas processing and transportation, with additional petroleum and electricity generation assets. Having extensive experience with pipelines, company representatives will discuss how to co-exist with pipelines on your farm.
This meeting is free and open to the public, but pre-registration is requested and suggested to plan for meals by Monday at noon. To
