Police have arrested Edward E. Smith and charged him with malicious wounding, after they say he stabbed Richard A.
Duiguid in the parking lot of Jacob Arbors on the East End.
Duiguid went to Charleston Memorial Emergency Room with a severe laceration to his hand and is in stable condition. |
