Dear Editor,
In this uncertain time, I would like to ask the community to stand behind the wonderful men
and women from our small county and let them know we care. I am asking anyone that
knows someone that will be traveling overseas to let the rest of the county know. If
possible maybe we can collect all the addresses of the service men and women and write
them and let them know they are in our prayers and thoughts. Is there any way that you can
start a list on the HUR HERALD and ask for the names and addresses of those who have
ties to Calhoun County and are serving overseas?
