BRAXTON MAN ARRESTED ON SEXUAL ABUSE CHARGES
Braxton County authorities have arrested Ercel Wayne Nicholson, 56, and charged him with sexual offenses.Nicholson is charged with sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person of trust.
He is also charged with sexual assault 3rd degree.
He is being held in CRJ with bond set at $50,000 cash.
