MAN WHO PLEAD GUILTY TO MANSLAUGHTER, STABBED - A Mercer County man who previously pleaded guilty in connection with the death of his mother died Thursday after being stabbed at a Montcalm residence.
West Virginia State Police said Larry Dinger, 58, was stabbed at a Simmons River Road residence.
Dinger pleaded guilty in September to involuntary manslaughter for the April 2017 death of 92-year-old Clara Dinger; he knocked her to the floor during an altercation with his sister, Avis Mullins. Clara Dinger suffered a broken hip and multiple contusions from the altercation.
Authorities said Larry Dinger had a single stab wound in the back and was unresponsive. |
