| Roane authorities have charged Brian Burrows, 38, with petit larceny.
Burrows is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $2,500.
A Braxton County man, Freddy Loyd II, 39, has been arrested and charged with breaking and entering. He is in Central Regional Jail. |
