John Herman Rose, 76, of Chloe WV died Saturday, January 12, 2019 at Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston WV.
He was born April 23, 1942 in Bridgton NJ, a son of the late Le and Elsie Burgess Rose.
He was owner and operator of Chloe Auto and Hardware since 2001. John enjoyed helping people. A lot of his past experiences and jobs were self-taught. He never hesitated to undertake a project just because he didn't know how to do it. He had a lot of compiled experiences in business ventures, construction, farming, and mechanics.
He is survived by wife, Barbara Lynch; daughters, Jonna Yetter and Janet Reeder; granddaughters, Sarah and Elizabeth; grandson, Michael; great-granddaughter, Hadley; and brother, Joe Rose.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brothers, Troy and Ed Rose.
Per his request, there will be no services. He will be buried on his farm.
A memorial celebration in his honor will be announced and held at a later date for friends to commemorate his passing.
