| Roane authorities have arrested Hannibal Taft Ryan, 22, and charged him possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. He is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $10,000. Braxton authorities have arrested David Gilbert Riffle, 44, and charged him with gaming violation, prohibited person with firearm, hunting posted land, and hunting without a license. He is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $5,000.
