Arley Estel Lowers, 81, of Walton, West Virginia died December 17, 2018 at his home after an extended illness.
He was born August 21, 1937 in Roane County, a son of the late William Abe and Delcie Moore Lowers. He was retired from Pennzoil with 37 years of service and enjoyed fishing and hunting.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Irene Newhouse Lowers; a daughter, Velma Jean Lowers; and a brother, Elby Lowers.
Arley is survived by two daughters, Donna Jo (Jonathan Kizer) Morris of Gandeeville, West Virginia and Paula (Tim) Burgess of Walton; two grandchildren, Jonathan Morris and Courtney Burgess; and a brother, Delmas Lowers of New York.
Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 20, 2018 at the TAYLOR-VANDALE FUNERAL HOME, Spencer, West Virginia with Rev. Jerry Board officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. |
