MORGANTOWN ROBBERYâ A paralyzed man and his caregiver were the victims of an armed home invasion early Thursday morning.
Deputies with the Monongalia County Sheriff's Department were alerted to the robbery just after 4 a.m., Chief Deputy Al Kisner said.
