William James Cottrell, 46, of Elizabeth, died Tuesday, December 4, 2018, at Camden Clark Medical Center, Parkersburg.
He was born January 20, 1972 at Spencer, the son of Betty J. Cottrell of Palestine and the late Lewis Edward Cottrell.
In addition to his mother, survivors include two brothers, Keith Cottrell of Elizabeth and Jerry Cottrell of Ellenboro; two sisters, Judith Wise of Spencer and April Cottrell of Mineral Wells; nine nieces and five nephews.
Mr. Cottrell will be cremated.
