WOMAN INJURED IN RT. 16 ROLL-OVER (11/23/2018) Clay Co. EMS and Clay law enforcement responded to a single vehicle accident on Rt. 16 near the Clay-Calhoun line at 3:10 p.m. Friday. The accident was described as a roll-over with a female reportedly suffering from a laceration to the head.
