"Tattoo" Vince Golosow, 41, of Tariff was indicted yesterday by a Roane County
grand jury for the murder of Judson Reid, 52, of Poca Road.
Reid's body was discovered on Pisgah Ridge above the town of Clay on October 17.
A medical examiner's report said he died of a gunshot wound to the head.
Reid had been staying at the Golosow farm for several weeks prior to his death.
The FBI and the West Virginia State Police arrested Golosow and another man,
Richard W. Cummings, 35, of Ovapa the following day on federal drug and firearm
charges.
Another warrant was issued which said Golosow did "with premeditation slay, kill
and murder one Judson Reid and possibly other unknown persons." He is yet to be
charged with a second offense.
Golosow is being held in Central Regional Jail without bond.
