(11/23/2018)

Charles "C. J." Myers is sworn into
office by County Clerk Jean Simers

Calhoun County Home Confinement Officer Seth Ulderich is resigning. Officer Ulderich is moving to Parkersburg, and has taken a position with his previous employer, the Lorrie Yeager Juvenile Correctional Center. His resignation will be effective on Friday, November 23, 2018.

Charles "C. J." Myers has been selected to replace Officer Ulderich in the Confinement Operations Division of the Calhoun County Sheriff's Office. He is pictured, being sworn into office by county clerk Jean Simers.

Sheriff Jeff Starcher said, "Seth will be sorely missed by all of us here in the sheriff's office. Seth has an incredible work ethic that will be difficult to match. He knew what needed to be done, and did it without being directed to do so. Seth was very respectful with the public, he has an amazing personality when interacting with people. While it's disappointing to see him move on, we wish him the best in his future endeavors."
