The August shooting death of a Walton man Danny Marks started with an investigation into a stolen ATV.
Marks, a well-known towing company operator and former candidate for sheriff, who was active in the community, was shot in the head by former Calhoun resident Andrew "A.J." King, who is charged with his murder.
King was wanted for stealing an ATV from a home in the Spencer area three days earlier.
King's girlfriend, April Gail Estep, 40, of 1003 Big Fork Road, Elkview, was also charged with grand larceny and conspiracy related to the ATV.
The grand larceny charge said Tom Wilson of Spencer reported his Suzuki ATV stolen on July 22.
Estep's bond has now been revoked and she is in Central Regional Jail.
