"DIPPER" FISHING AT LOW WATER BRIDGE NEAR ROCKSDALE (11/17/2018) "Dipper" has been going it alone for a few years, after losing mate sometime back. The Blue Heron holds forth on the West Fork of the Little Kanawha near the Henry's Fork low water bridge near Rocksdale, catching fish as they exit the drainage pipes, hopefully girding itself for the winter
