Howard R. Carpenter, 66, of Orma, WV passed away November 4, 2018 at his home.
He was born February 21, 1951, a son of Johanne Hamilton Carpenter and the late Rex Carpenter.
He retired from Boggs Natural Gas as a mechanic and was also a US Army Veteran.
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by wife of 25 years, Wanda Carpenter and sister Bev Carpenter.
He is survived by his sons Howard Sean Carpenter and wife Stephanie of Coats, NC and Christopher Todd Carpenter and fiancé Tracy Smith of Orma, WV; grandchildren, Logan Christopher Carpenter, Savanna Carol Carpenter, and Brooklyn Sierra Carpenter all of Orma, WV; and step-granddaughter, Abbey of North Carolina.
A private service will be held at a later date.
Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc., Arnoldsburg, WV is handling the services of Mr. Carpenter.
